Welcome to The Elmira Kennel Club, Inc.
Est. 1959
The Elmira Kennel Club, Inc. of Elmira, New York is a not-for-profit, all-volunteer dog club founded in 1959.
Our members consist of breeders, exhibitors, AKC judges and pet owners. Elmira Kennel Club members participate on many levels in AKC events, such as conformation dog shows, obedience trials, agility trials, hunting tests and many other performance and companion events.
Who we are
The Elmira Kennel Club is an affiliated American Kennel Club all- breed dog club. We seek to promote the sport of purebred dogs while providing service for its community and fellowship for all interested in our canine friends.
Practice makes perfect!
Our dedicated club members hold handling classes throughout the year. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about showing your dog in conformation events, and is a good place to bring young puppies for show ring prep. Click here for more information.
